💡 요리방법
1. 포장상태 그대로 미온수에 10분정도 담가 해동합니다.

( 해동 때 봉지를 벗기고 우유 또는 쌀뜨물에 잠시 담가주시면 비린내 제거 가능합니다.)

2. 해동 후 포장지를 뜯어 키친타올로 물기를 제거해줍니다.

3. 레몬즙과 후추를 뿌려 줍니다.

4. 예열된 팬에 적당량의 기름을 둘러 구워줍니다.

TIP : 구울때 종이호일로 감싸주거나 뚜껑을 이용하면 더욱 촉촉하게 잘익고 기름튀는 것을 방지해줍니다.
